The mission of the Accessibility Awareness Group, or "AccessAbility," is to promote an accessible, inclusive, and supportive workplace where every employee has the opportunity to thrive and be their true authentic selves.

• Advocating for Universal Access: Strive for continuous improvement in workplace accessibility by influencing policies, practices, and physical environments to accommodate all employees, particularly those with disabilities.
• Empowering Employees: Provide resources, support, and development opportunities for employees with disabilities to enhance their professional growth and personal well-being.
• Fostering Awareness and Education: Raise awareness about accessibility issues and educate the workforce on how to create an inclusive environment through workshops, seminars, and advocacy campaigns.
