General Lab Information

Brookhaven National Lab follows the nationwide identification requirements for federal site access. Anyone 18 years of age and older must have a valid REAL ID, Enhanced ID, Passport or one of these alternate forms of ID to gain access to the Laboratory.

Motivation

The Advanced Reactor Safeguards and Security (ARSS) Spring 2026 program review will take place at the Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) from April 28–30, 2026 . Optional laboratory tours will be available following the conclusion of the Program Review meeting in the afternoon of April 30. Tours will highlight selected facilities and research activities. Space may be limited; advance registration is required.

This ARSS Spring Program Review 2026 is not open to the public. To be eligible to attend, all participants must register online by April 15, 2026. For questions or assistance with registering, please contact the Meeting Coordinator.

This event will not have a reserved hotel room block. Participants should make their hotel reservation as soon as possible. When booking your reservation, you may need to guarantee your room with a credit card. Remember to ask about their cancellation policy and if they offer shuttle service. Details

March 15, 2026 Additional non-U.S. citizens registration deadline for all participants who do not have an active appointment with Brookhaven Lab. You will be directed to the appropriate form once you have completed the event registration.
April 15, 2026 General registration closes
