BNL Facility Tours
There will be tours of facilities and laboratories in C-AD, Physics Department and other organizations in the afternoon on Tuesday, July 18, 2023.

Access to Event for Non-U.S. Citizens
Non-U.S. citizens must complete the additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the Guest Information System (GIS) if they would like to attend this workshop in-person.
If you have a current Brookhaven Lab guest appointment and a valid BNL Guest Number or you have a pending Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete the additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form again.
Food at Brookhaven Lab
Unless the hosted event is providing a lunch option as part of your registration, participants may bring their own lunch or leave the laboratory to go get lunch. Participants may not drive around site looking for food options. Please contact your event coordinator to discuss other food options or if you have any questions or concerns.
Welcome Reception
Registered participants are invited to attend the welcome reception which will be held in the Physics Department (Bldg. 510), Seminar Lounge on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, 5:30 p.m. at no cost. Directions

When booking your reservation, you may need to guarantee your room with a credit card. Check with your hotel about their cancellation policy and if they offer shuttle service.
