If you have a current BNL Appointment and a valid BNL Guest Number or you have a pending BNL Guest Number (GR), it is not necessary to register in Guest Information System (GIS) again.

Important Notice: As requested by Brookhaven Lab, all participants must complete an additional BNL Guest Form by the deadline date and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS).
Notice for Non-U.S. Citizens
Attendees will not be allowed on-site if their Brookhaven Lab (BNL) appointment is expired!
Non-U.S. Citizens who have an active (up to date) BNL appointment, but whose Passport, Visa, or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) documentation have expired must bring their updated paperwork with them and check-in at the Guest, User, Visitor (GUV) Center between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to update their USCIS documentation.
Upon arrival at BNL, please go to the GUV Center located in the Research Support Building (Bldg. 400) to check-in. Please make sure to bring proper identification.
