General Lab Information

Brookhaven Lab enforces nationwide identification requirements for federal site access. Anyone 18 years of age and older must have a valid REAL ID, Enhanced ID, Passport or one of these alternate forms of ID to gain access to the Laboratory. Age Exception

Motivation

Brookhaven Lab's Small Business Vendor & Industry Day enables internal stakeholders to highlight Brookhaven's world-class science, programs, projects, and the products and services required to realize this determination. BNL/BSA is a proud participant in the Depart of Energy (DOE) Mentor Protégés Program and will introduce Plenary Enterprises LLC, to the Lab as an 8(a) certified, HUBZone, Disadvantaged technology and contracting firm that can assist BNL achieve its small business goals. Plenary will present their capabilities to the audience. Additionally, BNL's Procurement Department will share important information, methods, and requirements on how to do business with the Lab.

This BNL Small Business Vendor & Industry Day is not open to the public and is by invitation only. To be eligible to attend, all participants must register online by March 16, 2026. For questions or assistance with registering, please contact the Event Coordinator.
