Participants will meet at the Science User Support Center (SUSC) (Bldg. 101), Auditorium and conference rooms for breakout sessions and one-on-ones, located on 101 York Lane - Directions
Expected Conduct
At Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) sponsored events, discriminatory behavior or harassment of conference participants or presenters will not be tolerated. Event Code of Conduct
Event Access for Non-U.S. Citizens
Non-U.S. citizens must complete the additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the Guest Information System (GIS) if they would like to attend this event.
It is advisable not to make travel arrangements until you are approved in GIS.
If you have a current Brookhaven Lab guest appointment and a valid BNL Guest Number or you have a pending Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete the additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form again.
Accommodations
This event will not have a hotel room block reserved. Participants should make their hotel reservation as soon as possible. When booking your reservation, you may need to guarantee your room with a credit card. Remember to ask about their cancellation policy and if they offer shuttle service.
