Claudine is a strategic, insightful, and results-oriented professional with 15+ years of leadership and team experience supporting large and growing organizations. With expertise in management operations, human resources, customer experience and change management, Claudine has advanced organizations through culture transformation and increased impact through her change leadership. She is adept at leading projects and teams leveraging excellent strategic planning, relationship management, research, analytical and process improvement skills to create an inclusive workplace, enrich performance, and achieve business results. Claudine is supporting Brookhaven National Laboratory in culture and change initiatives to make the Laboratory an even better place to work and to drive delivery of the organization's mission and vision.
