Carol has over 30 years of experience in export compliance, trade controls, and logistics. She has served as an Empowered Official with extensive expertise in ITAR and EAR regulations, overseeing compliance programs, developing training, and conducting internal audits. Carol held senior compliance roles at Narda Holdings/L3Harris and MITEQ, Inc., where she advised leadership on regulatory risks, prepared export licenses, and supported organizations operating under Department of State Consent Agreements. Earlier in her career, she spent eight years in international logistics with Certified Air Cargo, coordinating global shipments and ensuring compliance with export documentation requirements. She brings a broad background in export and trade compliance across defense, space, commercial, and freight forwarding industries.
