Carlos is an engineering professional with more than 15 years of experience in systems engineering. He received his MS in Physics under the guidance of Sergey Belomestnykh where he studied RF and cavity design. Carlos is responsible for the NSLS-2 Low Level RF (LLRF) as well as the electrical and controls aspects of the NSLS-2 Helium Liquefaction Plant. He also provides engineering and controls support for all aspects of the accelerator RF systems.
