Carlos Marques is an experienced systems engineer with over 10 years of expertise in RF and accelerator technologies. He earned his MS in Physics under the guidance of Sergey Belomestnykh, focusing on RF and cavity design. Currently, he leads the Low-Level RF (LLRF) system development at NSLS-II and oversees the electrical and controls integration for the NSLS-II Helium Liquefaction Plant. In addition, Carlos plays a key role in optimizing and maintaining the accelerator RF systems, ensuring reliable performance and continuous innovation in accelerator technology.
