As the leader of the Accelerator Coordination Group at the National Synchrotron Light Source II (NSLS-II) and a Senior Physicist at Brookhaven National Laboratory, Guimei Wang oversees accelerator operations and advancements to ensure accelerator running smoothly while maintaining high performance. She collaborates with various groups to coordinate activities such as accelerator studies, scheduled experiment times, and the commissioning of new beamline sources, while also developing tools to enhance accelerator operation.
