Expertise

Integrated in my Manufacturing  &  Mechanical field experience,

I have worked from 05/2009 until present in the NSLS-II Vacuum group as well as Beam Line as a Technical Specialist in the following areas. Detailed part machining, mechanical measurement Inspection & leak testing, Complex precision vacuum component assembly in our NSLS-II storage ring as well as beam line systems. In addition to assembly experience I specialize in "quick response" vacuum conditioning. Also known as Vacuum “bake-outs”. To safely complete Bake-outs it required me layout each bake zones. Calculated the actual Amp Draw  for power & load distribution. This will ensure bake zone and power distribution uniformity and provide "consistent bake temperature" throughout the assembly.  This process also includes, CCG, TSP & Neg, Controller Set-up, TSP & Neg. unit conditioning & Activation. When required I can also include RGA-Set-up, RGA de-gas, RGA "software" set-up, scanning, RGA Leak testing as well as RGA scan & Evaluation.

Education

B.S.    General Business Degree, SUNY Empire State College

A.A.S.    Mechanical Engineering Degree Suffolk County Community College
