Jangwoon Sung is a postdoctoral research associate in the Imaging and Microscopy Team at the National Synchrotron Light Source II.
He is working on the development of reflection-type X-ray ptychographic imaging techniques. Before joining here, he was a Staff Engineer in Samsung Electronics Mechatronics Research, where he worked on the computational imaging techniques for semiconductor metrology and inspection.
He gained his PhD from Optics Engineering and Quantum Electronics (OEQE) lab in Seoul National University where he studied metasurfaces in optical regime.
