Kriti is a postdoctoral Research Associate at Brookhaven National Laboratory. Her doctoral work focused on understanding evolutionary signatures in proteins and applying the priciples of protein folding and interactions to develop machine learning method for predicting protein-protein interaction hotspots. Kriti's research interests include understanding the structure and function of biomolecules using various computational biophysical techniques such as experimental data driven molecular dynamics, molecular docking and new age machine learning methods.
