Kriti is an Assistant Computational Scientist at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL), where she applies her computational biology and bioinformatics skills to study the structure, function, and evolution of proteins and their interactions. She has a PhD in Biotechnology from the National Centre for Cell Science, where she developed a novel hybrid pipeline for predicting the protein-protein interaction interfaces in eukaryotic complexes using co-evolution, machine learning, and network analysis.
Her research interest lies in exploring the applications of AI in personalized medicine and translational research, and to contribute to the advancement of computational biology and bioinformatics. She is passionate about solving complex biological problems using computational methods and data-driven approaches.
