I am Prabhakar Reddy, Beamline Scientist at the Spectroscopy Soft and Tender Beamline, NSLS-II, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Upton, New York. My research explores how catalyst structure and dynamics influence catalytic activity and reaction product selectivity, aiming to develop energy-efficient catalysts for sustainable fuel and chemical production. I specialize in spectroscopy, using techniques like AP-XPS, DRIFTS, RIXS, and X-ray absorption spectroscopy to study catalysts under realistic reaction conditions. I enjoy collaborating across disciplines.
