I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Brookhaven National Laboratory, I am engaged in cutting-edge research within the Systems, Architectures, and Emerging Technologies group. My work focuses on AI-enabled performance modeling and simulations of hardware accelerators for High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems.
Research Activities
My PhD research addressed the limitations of traditional electronic AI accelerators by developing innovative Photonic Integrated Circuits (PIC)-based AI accelerator systems. Through novel architectures and cross-layer enhancements, I improved the scalability, energy efficiency, and reconfigurability of PIC-based AI accelerators.
I primarily use Python/C++ for my system-level simulations and Ansys Lumerical for device-level simulations. I utilize ML frameworks like PyTorch and Keras for model training, quantization, and accuracy evaluation.
