Tianqiao Zhao (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the University ofManchester,Manchester, U.K., in 2019. From September 2018 to August 2019, he was a Postdoctoral Associate with the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Manchester. From September 2019 to February 2021, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Southern Methodist University, Dallas, TX, USA. He is now working with Brookhaven National Laboratory, Upton, NY, USA.
