Dr. Xu joined NSLS-II in 2013 after completing his PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology. His scientific expertise includes nano positioning metrology and system development, as well as MEMS device development. His research interests including introduction of MEMS technology into traditional precise engineering region.  At BNL Weihe is working on the development of next generation X-ray microscopy.
