General Lab Information

Brookhaven National Lab follows the nationwide identification requirements for federal site access. Anyone 18 years of age and older must have a valid REAL ID, Enhanced ID, Passport or one of these alternate forms of ID to gain access to the Laboratory.

This Symposium is part of the US-Japan Science and Technology Cooperation Program which was launched in 1979 under a bilateral agreement and aims to bolster cooperation between the US and Japan in High Energy Physics research and development. It brings together researchers involved in the cooperative program, along with representatives from the Department of Energy (DOE) and Japanese laboratories and funding agencies. The event serves as a platform for discussing recent achievements within the cooperative framework and fostering open discussions on the strategic direction of particle physics research.

This event will have a hotel room block reserved with limited rooms at the negotiated rate. Participants should make their hotel reservation as soon as possible.
