Young Researcher Symposium: Keynote Talk

Brookhaven Lab hosted the second-annual Young Research Symposium on Nov. 15, 2013, to spotlight the Lab's youngest and brightest researchers. Esther Takeuchi of Brookhaven Lab and Stony Brook University gave the keynote address about her research for better batteries, including one that powers implantable cardiac defibrillators that help prevent heart attacks.
