Shruti Sharma is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Materials Science and Chemical Engineering at Stony Brook University. She also holds a M.S. in the same field from Stony Brook. Her collaborative research project on carbon-based nanomaterials is conducted at Stony Brook and Brookhaven's Center for Functional Nanomaterials. Sharma earned her B.Tech. with honors from the Department of Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, in Mumbai, India.
