James P. Quinn is an Executive Managing Director based in JLL’s Manhattan office, where he is responsible for all aspects of strategy, consulting, and transaction management for large global accounts.

Mr. Quinn has over 25 years of experience in corporate real estate services and is considered the leading technology real estate advisor globally with 20M SF of completed technology projects. He previously worked as an Executive Vice President at Trammell Crow Company and as an Executive Director at Cushman and Wakefield. He has represented numerous companies in overall consulting, leasing and sales including IBM, Verizon, JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Level 3 Communications, Sprint Corporation, MCI, Zayo, ANZ Bank, Credit Suisse, Capital One, Dow Jones, New York Presbyterian, YWCA, Christie’s, the Permanent Mission of Germany, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Thomson Reuters, Ernst & Young, and SwissRe Holding (North America).

Mr. Quinn is also the author of "Tech Trends24/7 and the Impact of Covid-19", which made CIO Insight's Recommended "Books for CIO's" List. When conducting research for his book, James was inspired to see how technology innovation was making a positive difference in people’s lives. As a result, in 2020 he founded Beacon of Hope 365, a charity that's mission is to leverage technology to help people in need. An example of Beacon of Hope 365’s focus is their work with Open Bionics, U.K. technology company, that are producing bionic arms for limb challenged people
