Heber L. Rocha
Postdoctoral Researcher at Indiana University
Heber L. Rocha is a postdoctoral researcher at Indiana University, working under the esteemed mentorship of Dr. Paul Macklin. His research focuses on modeling complex cancer systems biology and includes the quantification of uncertainty within computational biology. Rocha possesses expertise in computational modeling and high-performance computing (HPC), along with state-of-the-art techniques used for calibrating and predicting scenarios based on both wet lab experiments and clinical data. His current primary objective is to integrate multiscale models into the Cancer Patient Digital Twins concept.
