Visit Justification: Attend the WoRDMAp Workshop – This proposed multi-lab, university, and industry collaborative scoping-study effort will examine and document existing methods of radiation detection materials development and investigate new developments that could significantly advance the current state-of-the-art.

Important Notice: Non-U.S. citizens must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by February 11, 2024 and be approved in the Brookhaven Lab Guest Information System (GIS) before they can participate in this event. Participation includes accessing the Laboratory to attend in-person or viewing the event remotely or using Brookhaven Lab's onsite accommodations. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event.

If you have a current Brookhaven Lab guest appointment and a valid Brookhaven National Lab (BNL) Guest Number or BNL Employee Life Number or you have a pending BNL Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete the additional BNL Guest Form again.

Notice for Non-U.S. Citizens

Attendees will not be allowed onsite if their Brookhaven Lab appointment is expired!

Non-U.S. citizens who have an active and up to date Brookhaven Lab appointment, but whose Passport, Visa, or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) documentation have expired must bring their updated paperwork with them and check-in at the Guest, User, Visitor (GUV) Center between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to update their USCIS documentation.

Upon arrival at BNL, please go to the GUV Center located in the Research Support Building (Bldg. 400) to check-in. Please make sure to bring proper identification.
