Access to Event for Non-U.S. Citizens
Non-U.S. citizens must complete the additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the Guest Information System (GIS) if they would like to attend this workshop.
It is advisable not to make travel arrangements until you are approved in GIS.
U.S. citizens who are planning to use Brookhaven Lab's onsite accommodations must also complete the additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the Guest Information System (GIS).
If you have a current Brookhaven Lab guest appointment and a valid BNL Guest Number or you have a pending Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete the additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form again.
Accommodations
This event does not have a hotel room block. Participants should make their hotel reservation. When booking your reservation, you may need to guarantee your room with a credit card. Remember to ask about their cancellation policy and if they offer shuttle service.
Food at Brookhaven Lab
Unless the hosted event is providing a lunch option as part of your registration, participants may bring their own lunch or leave the laboratory to go get lunch. Participants may not drive around site looking for food options. Please contact your event coordinator to discuss other food options or if you have any questions or concerns.
