If you have a current Brookhaven Lab appointment and a valid Brookhaven Lab Guest Number or you have a pending Brookhaven Lab Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete Brookhaven Lab Guest Form again.

Visit Justification: | Attend EDIT 2023 School: A 10-day course to gain a deeper knowledge on major aspects of detectors and instrumentation technologies for particle physics. The school includes lectures and courses with hands-on experiments, including beam tests, on silicon sensors, silicon systems, calorimetry, and gas detectors. |

Important Notice: All participants must complete the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by August 31, 2023 and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS) before travel arrangements should be made and if they would like to attend this training.
Notice for Non-U.S. Citizens
Attendees will not be allowed onsite if their Brookhaven Lab appointment is expired!
Non-U.S. citizens who have a valid and up to date Brookhaven Lab appointment, but whose Passport, Visa, or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) documentation have expired must bring their updated paperwork with them and check-in at the Guest, User, Visitor (GUV) Center between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to update their USCIS documentation.
Upon arrival at BNL, please go to the GUV Center located in the Research Support Building (Bldg. 400) to check-in. Please make sure to bring proper identification.
