Conference Registration

This conference is not open to the public. All participants must submit a registration form in order to attend.

• Today is Thursday, September 10, 2026.
• General registration is $120 US (Full Week), Monday Only $21.5 US for in-person attendees.
• Included in registration fee:
  • General Attendee: Mon-Tues: coffee breaks only, Wed-Fri: (3) lunches, and coffee breaks.
  • BNL Attendee: coffee breaks only.
• Registration will be limited.
• Registration closes for U.S. citizens on Monday, October 19, 2026.
• All non-U.S. citizens must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by September 17, 2026 and be approved in the Brookhaven Lab Guest Information System (GIS) before they can participate in this event.. For in-person events, it is advisable not to make travel arrangements until you are approved in the Guest Information System. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event. You will be directed to the appropriate form once you have completed the event registration.
• All visitors to the Laboratory must follow the requirements for Identification Documents (ID).
