The connection information will be provided via email to registrants prior to the event. Please do not give out this connection information. It is only for registered attendees. Contact the workshop coordinator if you have questions or having connection issues.
Access to Event for Non-U.S. Citizens
Non-U.S. citizens must complete the additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS) if they would like to attend this workshop in-person or remotely (if available) if attending virtually.
U.S. citizens who are planning to use Brookhaven Lab's onsite accommodations must also complete the additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the Brookhaven Lab Guest Information System (GIS).
If you have a current Brookhaven Lab guest appointment and a valid BNL Guest Number or you have a pending BNL Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete the additional BNL Guest Form again.
