If you have a current Brookhaven Lab appointment and a valid Brookhaven Lab Guest Number or you have a pending Brookhaven Lab Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete Brookhaven Lab Guest Form again.

Important Notice: Non-U.S. citizens must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by June 7, 2022 and be approved in the Brookhaven Lab Guest Information System (GIS) before they can participate in this event. Participation includes accessing the Laboratory to attend in person or viewing the event remotely (virtual) or using Brookhaven Lab's onsite accommodations. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event.
Notice for Non-U.S. citizens
Attendees will not be allowed onsite if their Brookhaven Lab appointment is expired!
Non-U.S. citizens who have a valid and up to date Brookhaven Lab appointment, but whose Passport, Visa, or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) documentation have expired must bring their updated paperwork with them and check-in at the Guest, User, Visitor (GUV) Center between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to update their USCIS documentation.
Upon arrival at BNL, please go to the GUV Center located in the Research Support Building (Bldg. 400) to check-in. Please make sure to bring proper identification.
