I'm an experimental heavy-ion physicist.  My main focus is the sPHENIX experiment, which is just starting to take data after several years of development, construction, installation, and commissioning, and I'm really looking forward to the data we will acquire in the coming years.  I am also co-spokesperson for the sPHENIX scientific collaboration and Deputy Director of the RIKEN/BNL Research Center.
