I specialize in using advanced electron microscopy techniques to uncover structure-property-performance relationships in energy materials. Through the combination of multiple techniques including electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS), atomic-resolution imaging, and electron diffraction we study changes to reaction mechanims, disorder-order relationships, and phase formation in novel battery materials.
