In-person Workshop Registration

In-person registration requires an active BNL Guest Appointment. Approvals may take up to 45 business days so register EARLY in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS).

• Today is Sunday, April 12, 2026.
• General in-person registration is $75 US and $50 US for students.
• Included in the in-person registration fee: breakfasts, lunches, (1) dinner, and coffee breaks.
• Registration will be limited.
• All participants must complete a Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS) if they would like to attend this event. Please do so by Friday, April 24, 2026. For in-person events, it is advisable not to make travel arrangements until you are approved in the Guest Information System. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event.
  • A link to the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form will be provided to you after you have completed the online registration form.
• An affiliation user agreement must be in place with Brookhaven Lab prior to your guest appointment being approved. To check if your affiliation currently has one, please visit: www.bnl.gov/guv/agreements/.
• All visitors to the Laboratory must follow the requirements for Identification Documents (ID).
