In-person Workshop Registration

In-person registration requires an active BNL Guest Appointment. Approvals may take up to 45 business days so register EARLY in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS). Participants who wish to cancel their registration must email their request to kbanaszek@bnl.gov by August 31, 2024. Refunds will not be available after August 31, except if their BNL Guest Appointment is not granted in time to allow participation.

• Today is Friday, July 26, 2024.
• General in-person registration is $125 US.
• Registration cancellations must be received by Saturday, August 31, 2024.
• Included in the in-person registration fee:
  • General Attendees and Invited Speakers: breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks
  • BNL Attendee (Empl/Postdoc/Stud): coffee breaks
• Registration will be limited.
• All in-person participants must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS) if they would like to attend this event. Please do so by Monday, August 5, 2024. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event.
  • A link to the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form will be provided to you after you have completed the online registration form.
• An affiliation user agreement must be in place with Brookhaven Lab prior to your guest appointment being approved. To check if your affiliation currently has one, please visit: www.bnl.gov/guv/agreements/.
• All in-person participants that are 16 and older must bring photo-identification. View Requirements
