Participants will meet at Lab Office Building - LOB5 (Bldg. 745), Data Analysis Lab (1-183A), Beamlines (16-ID, 17-ID-2, 17-BM, 19-ID), located on Brookhaven Avenue - Directions

Expected Conduct
At Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) sponsored events, discriminatory behavior or harassment of conference participants or presenters will not be tolerated. Event Code of Conduct
Access to This Event
All participants must complete a Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS) if they would like to attend this event. Please do so by April 24, 2026. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event.
If you have a current Brookhaven Lab guest appointment and a valid Brookhaven National Lab (BNL) Guest Number or BNL Employee Life Number or you have a pending BNL Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete aBNL Guest Form again.
Accommodations
This event will have a hotel room block reserved with limited rooms at the negotiated rate. Participants should make their hotel reservation as soon as possible. When booking your reservation, you may need to guarantee your room with a credit card. Remember to ask about their cancellation policy and if they offer shuttle service.
