Participants will meet at Lab Office Building - LOB5 (Bldg. 745), Data Analysis Lab (1-183A), Beamlines (17-ID-1, 17-ID-2), located on Brookhaven Avenue - Directions

For Remote Participants

The connection information will be provided to remote registrants in their welcome or confirmation email. Please do not give out this connection information. It is only for registered attendees. Contact the workshop coordinator if you have questions or are having connection issues.

Access to This Event

All participants must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS) if they would like to attend this event. Please do so by April 15, 2024. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event.

If you have a current Brookhaven Lab guest appointment and a valid Brookhaven National Lab (BNL) Guest Number or BNL Employee Life Number or you have a pending BNL Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete the additional BNL Guest Form again.
