Participants will meet at Lab Office Building - LOB5 (Bldg. 745), Data Analysis Lab (1-183A), Beamlines (16-ID, 17-ID-2, 17-BM, 19-ID), located on Brookhaven Avenue - Directions

An affiliation user agreement must be in place with Brookhaven Lab prior to your guest appointment being approved. To check if your affiliation currently has one, please visit: www.bnl.gov/guv/agreements/

Access to This Event

All participants must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS) if they would like to attend this event. Please do so by April 18, 2025. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event.

If you have a current Brookhaven Lab guest appointment and a valid Brookhaven National Lab (BNL) Guest Number or BNL Employee Life Number or you have a pending BNL Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete the additional BNL Guest Form again.

Brookhaven Lab Guest Form
