Workshop Registration

This workshop is not open to the public. All participants must submit a registration form in order to attend.

• Today is Saturday, February 28, 2026.
• General registration is $160 US.
• Included in registration fee:
  • General Attendees: (3) breakfasts, (3) lunches, (2) dinners, coffee breaks, and workshop materials.
  • BNL Attendee (Employees): coffee breaks, and workshop.
• Registration will be limited.
• All participants must complete a Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS) if they would like to attend this event. Please do so by Friday, February 27, 2026. For in-person events, it is advisable not to make travel arrangements until you are approved in the Guest Information System. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event.
  • A link to the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form will be provided to you after you have completed the online registration form.
• All visitors to the Laboratory must follow the requirements for Identification Documents (ID).

Note: The deadline for submitting a BNL Guest Form has passed. If you were required to complete this form and did not, please contact the workshop coordinator as soon as possible.
