Reservation Details

Registered participants should not call the workshop hotel to make their room reservation. The conference coordinator will prepare a room list for the Danfords Hotel & Marina based on your registration information.

The workshop will cover your accommodations for three nights (March 17-19) at Danfords Hotel & Marina and will direct bill Brookhaven Lab for payment (does not include hotel incidentals).

• Please contact Sara Capp by sending an email to scapp@bnl.gov after you have registered in order to make your room reservation. Registered must respond by the Hotel Reservation Cut-off Date: Friday, February 16, 2024
• The hotel may ask you to provide a credit card to cover incidentals.

Brookhaven Lab will be providing a shuttle that will bring you to and from JFK if necessary. See schedule

Location: The Danfords Hotel & Marina is located at 25 East Broadway in Port Jefferson.
