Shuttle Schedule

• The conference shuttle will depart from JFK Terminal 4 to Danfords on Sunday, March 17, 2024 at 2 p.m.
• The conference will begin at 5 p.m.
• The first conference shuttle departs from Danfords to JFK Terminal 4 on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 1 p.m. Arrival at the airport will be approx. 3-4 p.m.
• The second conference shuttle departs from Danfords and will take attendees to Brookhaven Lab for the tour on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 11:30 a.m.
• The tour shuttle will depart from Brookhaven Lab at 3:30 p.m. for travel to JFK Terminal 4. Arrival at the airport will be approx. 5:30 p.m.

• There are 5 passenger terminals at JFK. Find the location of your airlines.
• There are two ways of transferring between terminals:
• Between all other Terminals:
• Take the AirTrain.
• The AirTrain system operates between all passenger terminals. For journeys between terminals, it’s free.
• To make your connection, follow signs for AirTrain. You will need to reclear TSA security once you arrive in your departure terminal.
• For international arriving passengers, you must claim all checked bags at Customs and recheck with your departing airline, even if the bags are checked to your final destination!

Access to Event for Non-U.S. Citizens

Non-U.S. citizens must complete the additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the Guest Information System (GIS) if they would like to attend this conference.

If you have a current Brookhaven Lab guest appointment and a valid BNL Guest Number or you have a pending Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete the additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form again.

Visa Information

Participants should check if they require a visa to enter the United States on the U.S. Department of State's U.S. Visas website.

Foreign travelers, who are citizens from certain eligible countries, may also be able to visit the U.S. for business (e.g., attend a scientific conference) or tourism for 90 days or less without a visa if they meet the Visa Waiver Program requirements. All eligible travelers who wish to travel under the Visa Waiver Program must apply for authorization online through ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization).

Accommodations

Registered participants should not call the conference hotel to make their room reservation. The conference coordinator will prepare a room list and cover accommodations
