Motivation
We invite all to join us for the National Synchrotron Light Source II (NSLS-II) and Center for Functional Nanomaterials (CFN) Users' Meeting from April 21–23 and May 5-6, 2026. This annual event offers a valuable opportunity to connect and explore the latest advances in synchrotron science and nanoscience research.
The meeting covers a broad range of topics that are of current interest to our user community, including catalysis, microelectronics, battery research, quantum materials, artificial intelligence, advanced imaging, and the NEXT-II and NEXT-III beamlines. This year's meeting will also feature the meeting's first AI showcase with speakers who will present on topics that demonstrate how AI tools can be leveraged to advance your research. The Users' Meeting will include keynote lectures, poster session, lab tours, a banquet dinner and ample opportunities to meet colleagues and plan the next experiments at NSLS-II and CFN.
