General Lab Information

Brookhaven Lab enforces nationwide identification requirements for federal site access. Anyone 18 years of age and older must have a valid REAL ID, Enhanced ID, Passport or one of these alternate forms of ID to gain access to the Laboratory. Age Exception

Meeting Registration

This meeting is open to the public. All participants must submit a registration form in order to attend.

  • Today is Sunday, April 5, 2026.
  • General registration: View attendee types and fees
  • Exhibitor registration fee: $2200 US.
  • Sponsor registration fees:

    • Gold Level ($3000 US)
    • Silver Level ($2000 US)
    • Bronze Level ($1500 US)
  • Included in registration fee: Welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, and meeting materials.
  • Registration closes on Friday, April 10, 2026.
  • All guests (U.S. & Non-U.S. citizens) who are planning to use BNL's onsite accommodations must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by April 10, 2026 for U.S. citizens, April 1, 2026 for non-U.S. citizens, and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS).
  • All visitors to the Laboratory must follow the requirements for Identification Documents (ID).

Note: The deadline for submitting a BNL Guest Form has passed. If you were required to complete this form and did not, please contact the meeting coordinator as soon as possible.
