Exhibitor Opportunities

On behalf of the NSLS-ll and CFN Users’ Executive Committees, we invite you to participate in the 2024 NSLS-ll and CFN Users’ Meeting. The Meeting will be held May 13–17, 2024. Our exhibitors are welcome to attend the in-person portion of the meeting May 13-15 at Brookhaven National Laboratory, Upton, New York.

This year's meeting continues to focus on the exciting new prospects and the continuing excellence of the NSLS-ll and CFN User facilities. The program includes invited talks, workshops, poster sessions, and exhibits highlighting new technology and instrumentation - all offering opportunities to learn about the latest developments in synchrotron radiation, nanoscale, materials, and biological sciences.

Below are some of the features offered to exhibitors:

• High visibility for your company: Company logo linked to your company website will be displayed on the meeting website. Most importantly, your organization will be furthering synchrotron radiation and nanoscience advancements in science and technology.
• Acknowledgement: At the beginning and end of the conference.
• Attendee list: After the meeting you will receive a list of all registered meeting attendees.
• Networking Sessions held daily from 12:00 p.m.–1:30 p.m. Chat with meeting attendees in your assigned booth from 12:00 p.m.–1:30 p.m. daily. All the booths are available 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Each day—attendees will be encouraged to visit during networking session times.
• 2 Banquet tickets (additional tickets can be purchased).

Booth Fee: $1,800

Table options to engage your audience with an exclusive spotlight for your company:

• 8' Tabletop Only: Lobby (table numbers: 1-12, 17-18, 22). Note: table 1 does not have electricity.
• 8' tabletop or Standing Displays: Lobby (table numbers: 13-16, 19-21)

Booth fees listed above includes $200 towards food that will be provided during the Tuesday lunchtime to all Plenary day attendees, to facilitate engagement as well as a 15-minute slot for exhibitor presentations, available on first-come, first-serve basis, on Tuesday, May 14th between 12:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Registration

Registration includes two exhibitor attendees. Please be sure to include the exhibitor attendee names in the comment box on the online registration form. Any additional exhibitor attendees (in excess of two) will need to register as a "General Attendee".
