On behalf of the NSLS-ll and CFN Users’ Executive Committees, we invite you to participate in the 2026 NSLS-ll and CFN Users’ Meeting. The Meeting will be held in-person on April 21–23, 2026 (Tuesday-Thursday) at Brookhaven National Laboratory, Upton, NY. We are excited to announce that this year's workshops will be held in one centralized location at our brand-new Science and User Support Center (SUSC). The Plenary Session, Welcome Reception, Poster Session, and all lunches will continue to take place in Berkner Hall. This setup offers the exhibitors the opportunity to exhibit at either location.

This year's meeting will continue to highlight the exciting new prospects and continuing excellence of the NSLS-II and CFN user facilities. The program includes invited talks, workshops, poster sessions, and exhibits showcasing new technology and instrumentation, all offering opportunities to learn about the latest developments in synchrotron radiation, nanoscale science, materials science, and biological sciences.

Below are some of the features offered to exhibitors:

  • Welcome Reception and Poster Session: The Welcome Reception and Poster Session will be held on Tuesday evening, April 21 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The reception will include hors d’oeuvres and refreshments. In an effort to increase your interaction with meeting participants, each vendor will receive raffle tickets to give to visitors at their table. Participants will be instructed that they need to ask a question to receive a ticket. The tickets will be entered into a drawing to take place on Thursday afternoon.
  • Raffle Prizes are Needed: If you are interested in sponsoring a prize and/or providing a prize with your company logo, please contact Nancye Wright at wright@bnl.gov or (631) 344-5132.
  • Annual Meeting Banquet: Banquet tickets are available for purchase at $65 each. Round-trip transportation to the banquet venue will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Onsite Exhibitor Opportunities: Tuesday, April 21 to Thursday, April 23, 2026. Exhibitor tables will be available in the new Science and User Support Center (SUSC) bldg. 101 and Berkner Hall, bldg. 488.
  • SUSC: Registration and check-in, workshops, coffee breaks for workshop attendees.
  • Berkner Hall: Welcome reception, poster session, plenary session, exhibitor presentations, lunch for all attendees.

* Exhibitor tables at SUSC do not have electrical access; however, there will be a limited number of power banks available, and we recommend that you plan for this.

The above prices include a 15-minute slot for exhibitor presentations, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that registration will open on or around Monday, February 16, 2026. To ensure that you get your choice of location, please submit your registration as early as possible, as display spaces are very limited.

Sponsor Opportunities

For companies that may not be exhibiting onsite at this year's meeting, or for exhibitors seeking additional visibility, “special sponsorship opportunities” are also available. You may contact Gary Harlow at gharlow@uoregon.edu for more information. When you register as an exhibitor and/or sponsor, your logo will be linked on the meeting website and will be displayed throughout the meeting.

Exhibitor Registration

Registration includes two exhibitor attendees. Please be sure to include the exhibitor attendee names in the "Attendee Information" box on the online registration form. Any additional exhibitor attendees (in excess of two) will need to register as a "General Attendee".
