Event Access for Non-U.S. Citizens

Non-U.S. citizens must complete the additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the Guest Information System (GIS) if they would like to attend this academy.

It is advisable not to make travel arrangements until you are approved in GIS.

U.S. citizens who are planning to use Brookhaven Lab's onsite accommodations must also complete the additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the Guest Information System (GIS).

If you have a current Brookhaven Lab guest appointment and a valid BNL Guest Number or you have a pending Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete the additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form again.
