Main Gate Registration

This academy is not open to the public. All participants must submit a registration form in order to attend.

• Today is Sunday, September 14, 2025.
• Registration closes for U.S. citizens on Friday, October 10, 2025.
• All non-U.S. citizens must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by October 3, 2025 and be approved in the Brookhaven Lab Guest Information System (GIS) before they can participate in this event or use Brookhaven Lab's onsite accommodations. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event. You will be directed to the appropriate form once you have completed the event registration.
• U.S. citizens who are planning to use BNL's onsite accommodations must also complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by October 3, 2025 and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS).
• All participants that are 16 and older must bring photo-identification. View Requirements
• MINORS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ATTEND.

Note: This meeting falls under Exemption D. Formal classroom training held at Federal facilities, which does not exhibit indicia of a formal conference as outlined in the DOE Memorandum of December 6, 2012. The exception would include activities such as regular courses of instructions or training seminars at the National Center and the HAMMER training facility at Hanford, and regular courses of instruction or training seminars conducted by the office of Management for Acquisitions, workforce related to the core activities of the department.
