Important Notice: All participants must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS) if they would like to attend this event. Please do so by January 23, 2026. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event.
If you have a current Brookhaven Lab guest appointment and a valid Brookhaven National Lab (BNL) Guest Number or BNL Employee Life Number or you have a pending BNL Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete the additional BNL Guest Form again.
All attendees must have an active Brookhaven Lab guest appointment prior to arrival in order to attend this event and obtain site access. For in-person events, it is advisable not to make travel arrangements until you are approved in the Guest Information System.
