Access to This Event
All participants must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS) if they would like to attend this event. Please do so by February 8, 2024. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event.
If you have a current Brookhaven Lab gues t appointment and a valid Brookhaven National Lab (BNL) Guest Number or BNL Employee Life Number or you have a pending BNL Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete the additional BNL Guest Form again.
Accommodations
This event does not have a hotel room block. Participants should make their hotel reservation. When booking your reservation, you may need to guarantee your room with a credit card. Remember to ask about their cancellation policy and if they offer shuttle service.
