Course Registration

This course is not open to the public. All participants must submit a registration form in order to attend.

• Today is Monday, December 15, 2025.
• General registration is $180 US.
• Included in registration fee: (3) breakfasts, (3) lunches, (2) dinners and coffee breaks.
• Registration will be limited.
• All participants must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS) if they would like to attend this event. Please do so by Friday, January 23, 2026. For in-person events, it is advisable not to make travel arrangements until you are approved in the Guest Information System. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event.
  • A link to the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form will be provided to you after you have completed the online registration form.
• U.S. citizens who are planning to use BNL's onsite accommodations must also complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by February 23, 2026 and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS).
• All visitors to the Laboratory must follow the requirements for Identification Documents (ID).
