Gymnasium

NOTE: the Laboratory's gymnasium is for the use of Brookhaven Lab employees, guests, retirees, and family members only. It is not open to the general public.

The gymnasium is avaiable for court sports including badminton, volleyball, and basketball as well as general fitness activities. Dressing rooms, showers, and gym lockers are available.

Gymnasium Hours

  • Monday—Friday, 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
  • Monday—Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Closed Saturdays, Memorial Day thru Labor Day.
  • Closed during scheduled BERA activities.

Weight Room access by use of the side door near the Pool sidewalk on the 400 side of the building. No locker room access.
