Important Notice: Non-U.S. citizens must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Information System (GIS) form by February 10, 2019 and be approved before they can participate in this event. Participation includes accessing the Laboratory to attend in-person or viewing the event remotely (virtual attendance). It is advisable not to make travel arrangements until you are approved in GIS.
Registering in GIS does not automatically register you for this event.
Notice for Non-U.S. Citizens
Non-U.S. Citizens who have an active (up to date) BNL appointment, but whose Passport, Visa, or USCIS documentation have expired must contact the Guest, User, Visitor (GUV) Center between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, to get their USCIS documentation updated.
