Meeting Registration

This meeting is not open to the public. All participants must submit a registration form in order to attend. There is no registration fee for this meeting.

• Today is Thursday, April 2, 2026.
• Included in registration: coffee breaks, (2) lunches, and (1) dinner
• Registration closes for U.S. citizens on Monday, October 13, 2025.
• All non-U.S. citizens must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by October 13, 2025 and be approved in the Brookhaven Lab Guest Information System (GIS) before they can participate in this event. Participation includes accessing the Laboratory to attend in-person or viewing the event remotely. For in-person events, it is advisable not to make travel arrangements until you are approved in the Guest Information System. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event. You will be directed to the appropriate form once you have completed the event registration.
• All visitors to the Laboratory must follow the requirements for Identification Documents (ID).
