General Lab Information

Brookhaven National Lab follows the nationwide identification requirements for federal site access. Anyone 18 years of age and older must have a valid REAL ID, Enhanced ID, Passport or one of these alternate forms of ID to gain access to the Laboratory.

Motivation

The 2026 ePIC Collaboration Meeting will be held at Brookhaven National Laboratory from January 20 to 23, 2026, in the Science and User Support Center (Building 101). This meeting will bring together members of the ePIC Collaboration to discuss progress across all aspects of the experiment, including detector systems, software development, simulations, data analysis, and physics performance studies.

Registration

This 2026 ePIC collaboration Meeting is not open to the public. To be eligible to attend, all participants must register online by January 7, 2026. For questions or assistance with registering, please contact the Meeting Coordinator.
