General Lab Information

Brookhaven National Lab follows the nationwide identification requirements for federal site access. Anyone 18 years of age and older must have a valid REAL ID, Enhanced ID, Passport or one of these alternate forms of ID to gain access to the Laboratory.

Meeting Registration

This meeting is not open to the public. All participants must submit a registration form in order to attend.

  • Today is Wednesday, December 24, 2025.
  • Registration closes for U.S. citizens on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
  • All non-U.S. citizens must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by December 30, 2025 and be approved in the Brookhaven Lab Guest Information System (GIS) before they can participate in this event.. For in-person events, it is advisable not to make travel arrangements until you are approved in the Guest Information System. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event. You will be directed to the appropriate form once you have completed the event registration.
  • U.S. citizens who are planning to use BNL's onsite accommodations must complete a Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by January 13, 2026 and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS).
  • All visitors to the Laboratory must follow the requirements for Identification Documents (ID).
