Please use the information below to assist you in completing some of the required fields in the Brookhaven Lab (BNL) Guest Form. If you have a current BNL Appointment and a valid BNL Guest Number or you have a pending BNL Guest Number (GR), it is not necessary to register in Guest Information System (GIS) again.

Registering in GIS does not automatically register you for this event.

Notice for Non-U.S. Citizens

Non-U.S. Citizens who have an active (up to date) Brookhaven Lab (BNL) appointment, but whose Passport, Visa, or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) documentation have expired must contact the Guest, User, Visitor (GUV) Center between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, to get their USCIS documentation updated.
