Important Notice: Non-U.S. citizens must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Information System (GIS) form by February 22, 2019 and be approved before they can participate in this event. Participation includes accessing the Laboratory to attend in-person or viewing the event remotely (virtual attendance).
Registering in GIS does not automatically register you for this event.
Attendees will not be allowed on-site if their BNL appointment is expired!
Non-U.S. Citizens who have an active (up to date) BNL appointment, but whose Passport, Visa, or USCIS documentation have expired must bring their updated paperwork with them and check-in at the Guest, User, Visitor (GUV) Center between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to update their USCIS documentation.
Upon arrival at BNL, please go to the GUV Center (www.bnl.gov/guv/) located in the Research Support Building (Bldg. 400) to check-in. Please make sure to bring proper identification (www.bnl.gov/guv/ID.asp).
